Cricket has its own significance as when it comes to being
fit and being able to play all day long or multi day matches. Fitness is not
just being able to play matches; it is also increasing flexibility, faster
recovery from illness and injuries and enhanced endurance. Cricketers along
with being fit they also need to focus on their diets, this is the reason
cricketers now a days are hiring personal fitness coaches and nutritionists to
help them perform better. This all is at last giving birth to exhausting
schedule that they all need to follow.
The new generation cricketers of the modern cricketing era
are so conscious about their fitness and diet that they are following grueling
timetables to improve their performance day by day. As a result they are giving
superb performance and improving it with every match, in order this is making
it very difficult for most experienced players to stay in the team. One of
those new generation cricketers is Pawan Dhakad, he
exhibited affection and capability for cricket from very early stages of life.
This was the reason that he made his debut in 2015, he is known for his
promising batting as well as great bowling skills. In the first match itself he
took amazing 3 wickets which helped his to win the match in a great way. At an
early age of 17 he had his position in the Toyota University Cricket Championship, his team
Western Wizard and he himself played very well that they finished 4th
in all over India at the end of the season. He is gym freak and has maintained
a great physique.
Undoubtedly technique of playing matches matters, but what
matters the most is being physically and mentally fit. This is what is
difference in good player and a consistent player, a good player is good with
is techniques to play a match but a consistent player is both good with
techniques as well as physically and mentally fit. So, be consistently better
not only good.
